Newport is awash in yellow in April due to the abundance of daffodils.  Spring Bull Gallery has asked artists to shake off their winter coats, get their brushes wet and celebrate the “Signs of Spring” in this April exhibition.  Oils, watercolors, acrylics and pastels are some of the media by talented  artists will use as they capture the moments and yes the signs of spring. We salute the Newport Daffodil Days Festival which inspired us to have this exhibit.  Please come and enjoy these works and the beautiful yellow flowers you will find here in Newport this month.  The exhibit starts with an opening reception Saturday, April 6, 2011 from 5-7 pm.  Another incentive to visit this exhibit is your chance to win a “daffy” painting by our own Bettie Sarantos by entering your name into a drawing to be held at the end of the month.

“Signs of Spring” runs April 6- 30, 2019. The gallery will be open until 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 11th for Gallery Night in Newport. Three Waypoints – Paintings from Near & Far

Three waypoints and three artists add up to a dynamic show this June at Spring Bull Gallery. These award-winning artists, teachers and good friends: Cindy Baron, Bill Davidson and Jonathan McPhillips have come together to present works from different waypoints or stopping places in their travels. We are taken on an extraordinary journey as they capture the beauty of nature, the dancing of light and the warmth of sun on paper and canvas.

The public is invited to join in the month-long celebration of these artists works. You are cordially invited to the opening reception Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 5 -7pm. with a special Gallery Night in Newport for the public on Thursday, June 13th 5-8pm. The show runs June 1 thru 30, 2019.
